Pecan Pie Filling
•
3 large eggs
•
2 tablespoons milk
•
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
•
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups, well packed Dixie Crystals Dark Brown Sugar
•
1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
•
2 cups pecan pieces or halves
•
Milk chocolate flavor cake layer
•
1/4 cup water
•
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, very soft
•
1 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar

2 large egg yolks + 2 large egg whites

1/2 cup buttermilk
•
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour*
