Ingredients: 2 cups granulated sugar; 2 sticks butter, softened; 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour; 4 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 2 cups chopped pecans; Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients, stirring by hand. Pour into a 9×13? baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
