INGREDIENTS
2 ½ Tbl Dijon mustard
3 Tbl butter, melted
5 tsp honey
½ cup panko crumbs
½ cup finely chopped pecans
3 tsp chopped fresh parsley
6 ( 4oz) filets of salmon (skin on one side)
Salt/pepper to taste
2/3 cup Apricot Preserves
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 teaspoons half-and-half
