200g Beef mince
•
120g Pork fat or you can use 220g of Pork belly without the skin and 100g beef mince.

2 Dried Shitake mushrooms
•
1 tablespoon of dried shrimp (available in Chinese supermarket)
•
2 thin slices ginger
•
1 small size carrot
•
1 1/4 cup Glutinous rice, soak in the water for 1 hour at least.
•
Seasonings:
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
2 teaspoons sugar
•
1/2 tablespoons potato starch
•
1 egg
