1 tablespoon Japanese sake ((or Shaoxing wine, or dry sherry))
2 teaspoons sesame oil ((or peanut oil, or vegetable oil))
1/2 thumb ginger
4 green onions (, coarsely chopped)
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
