10 oz Whole pears (2 to 3 large fruits), peeled, cored and sliced

1.75 oz Port
•
.2 oz (about 1 tsp) Elderflowers (fresh or dried)
•
7 oz Water
•
3.5 oz (a bit less than .5 cup) Sugar
•
1 tbsp Honey
