2 garlic cloves, (minced)

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1/3 cup peanut butter
•
1/4 cup soy sauce ((I like reduced sodium tamari))
•
1/4 cup warm water
•
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce ((sambal oelek))
•
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
•
1 teaspoon honey
•
1 red bell pepper, (thinly sliced)
•
3 green onions, (thinly sliced)
•
¼ cup chopped peanuts
•
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
