3/4 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar

3 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled

1 cup finely ground Salted Peanut Praline
•
12 ounces milk chocolate
•
2 tablespoons shortening (optional, not used if tempering chocolate)
