INGREDIENTS

Step 1 - Form the crust:

1 Cup graham cracker crumbs,
•
4 tablespoons of butter,
•
2 tablespoons of brown sugar,
•
2 teaspoons of peanut butter
•
- Combine all in a bowl and press into 9 inch cake pan (or 8×8 square pan)
•
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 2 - Create the Brownie:
•
½ cup peanut butter (heaping),
•
1/3 cup margarine (softened),
•
1 cup brown sugar,
•
2 eggs,
•
½ teaspoon vanilla extract,
•
1 cup all-purpose flour,
•
¼ teaspoon salt,
•
1 teaspoon baking powder. Cream peanut butter and margarine together.
•
Gradually blend in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until well blended.

Step 3 - Assembly: Pour the brownie batter over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Step 4 - Top hot out of the oven brownies with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake for 5 additional minutes
