3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup protein powder of your choice (I use vanilla)
1/2 cup quick old-fashioned rolled oats (do not use instant oatmeal )
1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
3 tbsp regular or mini chocolate chips (optional)
2 tbsp honey
water
