PEANUT BUTTER MARSHMALLOW PINWHEELS

Name: PEANUT BUTTER MARSHMALLOW PINWHEELS
Ingredients: 3 cups sugar; 1/2 cup light Karo syrup; 1/2 cup hot water; 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff; 1/4 tsp. vanilla; peanut butter - 1 jar (maybe less - it depends on how much you like peanut butter); I love this recipe. I used to buy candy like this in Kentucky gift shops. It is great, but hard to get right.
