Ingredients: ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce; ¼ cup brown sugar; 1 egg; 1 tsp vanilla; ⅓ cup peanut butter; ¾ cup flour; 1 cup oats *I used qucik oats; 1 tsp baking powder; ½ tsp baking soda; FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING; ¼ cup flour; ¼ cup brown sugar; 2 Tbsp peanut butter; 1 Tbsp light butter, softened
