4 tbl cold, unsalted butter cut into 4 pieces

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

for the pâte à choux dough:
•
2 large eggs + 1 large egg white
•
5 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 10 pieces
•
2 tbl whole milk
•
6 tbl water
•
1-1/2 tsp sugar
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
1/2 cup all purpose flour
•
for the chocolate glaze:
•
3 tbl half-and-half
•
2 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
•
1 cup confectioners' sugar
