In a small bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

1 cup peanut butter
•
1 lb brown sugar (about 3 1/3 packed cups)
•
3 eggs
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
Peanut Butter Frosting
•
1 pound confectioner's sugar (1/2 of a 2 pound bag)
•
1/2 cup peanut butter
•
1/2 cup shortening
•
1 tsp salt
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
about 1/3 - 1/2 cup hot water
