2 and 1/2 cups (200g) old-fashioned whole oats or quick oats (not instant)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips*
