Ingredients: INGREDIENTS; 1 1/2 cups unsalted Spanish peanuts; 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter; 1 cup Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar; 2 large eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 2 cups all-purpose flour (spoon and sweep method*); 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 cup quick cooking oats, not instant; 1 cup corn flakes; *Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
