INGREDIENTS
CRUMB TOPPING:
⅓ cup light or dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
⅔ cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
MUFFINS:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup light or dark sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup Chobani plain Greek yogurt (peach flavor will also work)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp. allspice
½ tsp. Kosher or sea salt
3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream or half-and-half
2 cups peeled, finely diced peaches
GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. heavy cream
½ tsp. vanilla extract
