¾ tsp. cream of tartar
•
1/3 cup milk
•
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
•
3 cups fresh or thawed peaches (about 1 pound) diced into bite size pieces

2 TBSP granulated sugar plus ½ tsp. cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)
