¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger

1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
½ cup peach preserves
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 stick (1 cup Crisco All-Vegetable Shortening)
⅓ cup peach preserves
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream
5 cups powdered sugar
2-3 fresh peaches (sliced, for garnish)
