5-6 medium peaches

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
•
1 teaspoon vanilla
•
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
•
1 Egg (beaten)
•
1 tablespoon water (added to the egg for egg wash)
•
1 tablespoon Sugar of choice -I used Turbinado Sugar (Optional)
