1 1/4 cups unbleached wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dill weed
1/4 cup paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 1/2 yellow onions, diced
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 pounds crimini mushrooms, sliced
