1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
•
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
•
1/2-1 scoop protein powder (if you're not using this shake for a meal, you could probably decrease or omit this)
•
⅛ tsp. glucomannan
•
Pinch salt
•
3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp)
•
2-3 T defatted peanut flour (or use 2 T natural peanut butter for a THM:S option that is no longer low fat)
