"Low-carb, low-fat, sugar-free, THM:FP, Gluten free - I make this in my Ninja single-serving blender cup and it just fits...."

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2-1 scoop protein powder (if you're not using this shake for a meal, you could probably decrease or omit this)
⅛ tsp. glucomannan
Pinch salt
3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp)
2-3 T defatted peanut flour (or use 2 T natural peanut butter for a THM:S option that is no longer low fat)
