Paula Deen's Savannah Crab Cakes
"I load my cakes with crab, go easy on the bread crumbs, and use only Kraft mayonnaise and a nice hit of Old Bay seasoning, which is just so perfectly delicious with seafood. Peanut oil, nice and hot, gives the crab cakes a nice clean-tasting fry. A squeeze of lemon is all they need after that!..."
