Ingredients: 2 boxes Family Sized Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownies (See Notes ); 6 eggs; 1/2 cup water; 1 cup vegetable oil; 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips; 1 1/2 cups Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate wafers; 1 bag of each Red , white , and blue wilton's candy melts (you need about 1/3 cup of the wafers ); Red white and blue sprinkles
