For Mocha Custard you will prepare the chocolate custard and then add 3 teaspoons of instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 teaspoons of hot water...."

Vanilla Bean 1 Or Vanilla Extract 1 Tablespoon
Unsalted Butter 6 Tablespoons (85g)
