"I have always loved Spanish and Mexican food. This is a twist on the traditional Latin American Cake called Pastel Tres Leches or 3 milk cake. The traditional cake actually has four types of dairy products in it being whole milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. The traditional cake is soaked with milk similar to a rum cake. My cupcakes, named after the 7 dairy products in them, are not soaked with milk but have milk in the batter and a delicious Dulce De Leche filling. They are also topped with whipped light cream. The outcome is a milky, buttery, and caramel flavored cupcake with undertones of vanilla from the traditional Molina Mexican Vanilla Blend that was also used...."

1 Can of Whipped Light Cream
