•4 cups fresh broccoli florets, diced small – see note

•2 medium carrots, julienned or diced very small – see note

•2 medium onions, cut into slivers

•3 tablespoons olive oil
•
•6 cloves garlic, minced or sliced thin
•
•3 tablespoons sesame seeds
•
•1 tablespoon onion powder or granulated onion
•
•1 teaspoon dried basil
•
•1 teaspoon salt
•
•1 tablespoon lemon juice
•
•1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Skinny Mayo from the New Measure Weight Loss Program.)
•
•1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley
