2 TBS Canola Oil or Olive Oil

1 large Onion chopped up
•
2 Red peppers cut up into thin short pieces

1 Red pepper cut up into thin short pieces

8 fresh Mushrooms, wiped cleaned and cut up

1 TBS fresh garlic minced
•
1/2 head of Broccoli florets cut up
•
2 hot cups of water
•
2 packets of chicken bouillon
•
1/2 cup white wine
•
salt and pepper to taste

1 lb Pasta (whatever kind you want)
