Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
3-4 Pasilla peppers, roasted, skin removed, chopped
1 ribs celery, small dice
1 onion, small dice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 whole large eggs
1 16 oz. can of tomato sauce, divided
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup oatmeal
Ingredients for the sauce:1/4 cup onion, grated
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
The other half of the tomato sauce
4 teaspoons of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of red chile pepper flakes
