Ingredients
- 1 C Regular rice
- 2 Tbs Butter (or margarine)
- 2 tsp Instant chicken bouillon
- 2 1/4 C Boiling water
- 1/4 C Chopped parsley
How To Make parsley rice

Step 1Combine 1 cup uncooked regular rice, 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine), 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon, and 2 1/4 cups boiling water in a 6 cup baking dish. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (375 F) for 1hour, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with a fork, stir in 1/4 cup chopped parsley
