1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup long grain white rice
2 cups Low-FODMAP Chicken Broth or Stock ((unsalted))
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
