1 tablespoon sugar

1 1/3 cup milk (105 to 115F degrees)

3 to 3 1/2 cups flour or whole wheat flour

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1 cup butter (softened)
•
1 tablespoon minced garlic
•
2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
•
1 teaspoon garlic salt
•
1 teaspoon dried parsley
•
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
•
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella
