1/4 teaspoon medium grind black pepper

6-8 slices thinly sliced prosciutto di parma

1 tablespoon butter

1 sage leaf
•
1 tablespoon flour
•
1/4 cup white wine
•
3/4 cup chicken broth
•
1 tablespoon heavy cream

2 teaspoons maple syrup
