2-3 beets

2-3 potatoes

2-3 carrots

2-3 sweet potatoes

1 large onion (optional)

1/2 bunch of kale
•
A splash or two of white wine (use chicken broth instead, if you wish)
•
2 tbsp smoked paprika

salt and pepper
