Panko Chicken (perfectly crispy)

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
¼ cup of plain or all-purpose flour
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp white pepper
1 tsp sea or kosher salt
1 egg
120g (or 1 cup) of panko breadcrumbs
150ml (or ⅔ cup) (approx) Vegetable oil. To fill a frying pan with 0.5cm or ¼ inch.
