INGREDIENTS
1 lb. medium pasta shells (or elbow macaroni)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 ½ cups shredded Cracker Barrel Vermont White Cheddar (1 block = 2 cups)
3 Tablespoons flour
1 cup half and half
3 cups milk (preferably whole)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons hot sauce (See notes, it wont make it hot or spicy!)
