INGREDIENTS
300g of paneer
200g of yoghurt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp ground black pepper, powder (optional)
1 tsp ajwain seeds
1 tbsp of oil
salt
1/2 tbsp of ghee, or butter
1/2 lime
