1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons white cooking wine
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic (crushed)
2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated or finely chopped)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
