1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce (78 ml)
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water (15 ml)
5 tablespoons olive oil (75 ml)
8 dried red chili peppers, whole (9g)
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1 1/2 teaspoons Asian black bean sauce with garlic
2 teaspoons sambal oelek
1 1/4 cup red bell pepper, cut in 1/2-inch squares (157g)
1 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, cut in 1/4-inch strips (138g)
1 1/2 cup yellow onion, sliced (109g)
1 1/2 cup green beans, cut in 3-inch lengths (119g)
12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast, cut thinly in bite size pieces
2 teaspoons white wine or Shaoxing wine
