◾2 tablespoons minced shallot

◾1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
◾1/2 cup heavy cream
◾1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
◾1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
◾1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
◾1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
◾1 tablespoon unsalted butter
◾Salt and pepper to taste
