INGREDIENTS

Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut into halves

2-3 TB extra virgin olive oil (may use bacon fat and butter also)
•
2-3 cloves garlic, cut into slivers
•
zest of one lemon
•
splash of white wine
•
2 TB honey
•
freshly grated parmesan cheese
•
kosher salt & ground pepper to taste
