Pan de Coco - Ang Sarap

"Pan de coco which means "coconut bread" in Spanish is a popular bread in the Philippines and Honduras. INGREDIENTS
3/4 cups water, warm
2 1/4 tsp yeast
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup soft brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine, in room temperature
3 1/2 cups flour
1 egg, for egg wash
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup dark cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cornstarch
