8-10 ounces green bell pepper or your favorite chile (about 2 med bell peppers)

13 1/2 ounces coconut milk, full fat from a can
•
1 teaspoon organic chicken bouillon or soup base (optional)
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1 tablespoon lemon juice
