3 Cloves garlic Minced
1/4 Cup carrots or cabbage; grated
1 egg
1/3 Cup cashews Roughly chopped
2 scallions Thinly Sliced
2 Cups fresh bean sprouts
1 Handful fresh basil leaves
1/4 Cup almonds
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 Cup chicken stock
1 Tbsp coconut aminos
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp lime Juice
chilli flakes To taste
