INGREDIENTS

In a mason jar add :

½ cup raw buckwheat groats (not the same as Kasha) rinsed and soaked for at least 1 or 2 hours. (I soaked mine for 4 hours.)
•
¾ cup almond milk
•
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
•
3 Tablespoon maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
•
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 banana, diced
