4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter, divided
EGG WASH:
1 large egg
2 teaspoons water
GLAZE:
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup half-and-half cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
