EGG MIXTURE:

6 whole eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
CINNAMON SYRUP:
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
2 whole cinnamon sticks
