For the rub:

1 tablespoon kosher salt

2 teaspoons pepper
•
1 tablespoon garlic powder
•
1 tablespoon onion powder
•
1 tablespoon paprika
•
1 teaspoon dried thyme
•
dash of cayenne pepper
