1 cup Bisquick
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon peanut oil, or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces, plus more for garnish
3 cups broccoli florets
FOR THE SAUCE:
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons duck sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, or white vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Asian hot sauce (optional)
