INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground venison
1/2 cup ground cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon Spicy Italian seasoning blend (like spicy spaghetti seasoning)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
pinch or two of sea salt
fresh ground cracked pepper to taste
1/4 cup scallions, sliced
1 cup barbecue sauce
8 ounces chopped organic Kale
1 small onion diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons organic apple juice
